PT - AXIS é uma viagem de quietude e de movimento, de silêncio, som, vibração e de explorar as formas como tudo nos move. Como nos deixamos mover. E como movemos. Damos importância à capacidade inata que temos de nos habitarmos, de estarmos presentes em nós e desde ai termos encontros e trocas significativas com o exterior de forma a algo autentico poder emergir.

Durante o nosso encontro iremos ter momentos de quietude, internalização e focalização, momentos de movimento corporal e de expressão autêntica através da dança ao ritmo do som criado ao vivo.

EN - AXIS is a journey of stillness and movement, of silence, sound, vibration and exploring the ways in which everything moves us. How we let ourselves move. And how we move. We give importance to the innate ability we have to inhabit ourselves, to be present within ourselves and from there have meaningful encounters and exchanges with the outside world so that something authentic can emerge.

During our meeting we will have moments of stillness, internalization and focus, moments of body movement and authentic expression through dancing to the rhythm of the sound created live.

Joana e João juntam-se pelo seu amor um pelo outro e pelo seu amor pela autenticidade e simplicidade. Sabendo que a humanidade é um dos grandes mistérios da vida, cada um da sua forma têm vindo ao longo dos anos a especializar-se em diversas áreas do trabalho com o ser humano tanto pela vertente artística, corporal, como pela vertente terapêutica, com a intenção clara de poder facilitar um espaço onde emerge uma expressão autêntica do eu verdadeiro de cada um.

Knowing that humanity is one of the great mysteries of life, each in their own way, over the years, they have specialized in different areas of work with human beings, both artistically and physically, as well as therapeutically, with clear intention of being able to facilitate a space where an authentic expression of one's true self emerges.
