Vocal awareness

There is not exactly a form or formulas so that we can bring more awareness to the vocal process. The diversity of proposals and approaches to vocal development that we have today is quite wide and I myself, throughout my life, have gone through several.
The question then arises;
Which way to go?
What direction should we give to our vocal learning in order to have good results, or at least the results that are closer to what we aspire?
When I refer to vocal development, I include singing and speaking classes. Although both have a common voice, they have very different particularities and even at the brain level, they come from different hemispheres.
How can I express what is most intimate and personal to me, safely and connected to my emotions?
It was in my first contact with the work of the Roy Hart Voice Center that I felt this physical and emotional connection to my voice. During a singing class with Saule Ryan, I felt for the first time the power to express myself freely, without blockages. Many of the sounds I produced, I didn't even want to believe they came from me. And what a moment… to feel my voice in all its fullness, and the more I expressed myself the more I felt myself, empowered by my own voice, as if I told the world "Here I am, as I am."
It was undoubtedly a remarkable moment and I still remember it today with emotion and affection.
Many more have been repeated and are still repeated today and it is always surprising what can happen in a "singing class".
The work of RHVC has brought me more vitality and more awareness of myself, of others and of things, the sensitivity to know how to listen and be heard, a deep listening that allows me to experience each moment in an authentic way.
